A Bill, Some Insanity and a Conspiracy

Or, how a lack of control over some highways authorities will crash the government’s new towns aspirations

A shout out to the Urban Design Group this week and their comments on the Infrastructure and Planning Bill. The Bill seeks to streamline planning to ensure the 1.5 million new homes and 12 new towns can be built.
